Weight watchers perfect for your breakfast after workout.
Ideal for fasting people too. Very yummy, refreshing, filling and packed with vitamins, mineral and antioxidant.

Start your day with this fruit smoothie.
Fruit has been recognized as a good source of vitamins and minerals, and for their role in preventing vitamin C and vitamin A deficiencies.

Monday again and this week’s #Foodiemonday #bloghop theme is no cook no bake recipes. My contribution is apple orange banana grapes and carrots smoothie. Delicious and nutritious.

Recipe

Carrot juice – 1/4 cup

Orange juice – 1 cup

Grapes – 1 cup

Apple – 1 peeled and chopped

Banana – 1 chopped

Cinnamon powder – a pinch

Ice cubes – as require

Method

Squeeze out fresh juice of orange. You can use canned juice too. Grate the carrots and squeeze out the juice.

Take everything in a blender jar. Add ice cubes if you want. I have made it without ice and kept in fridge for an hour to get chilled smoothie. You can use frozen fruits too.

Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy.
Pour the mixture in a glass. Garnish with grape, apple slice, cherry or tutty fruity.

Beat the heat with this chilled yummy smoothie.
Enjoy…….

Recipe Developer Behind The Blog

Hello there!

I am Sujata Roy. A homemaker, a blogger, a passionate cook, a recipe developer, a home baker, and lastly a foodie.

Experimenting in the kitchen is what I love and enjoy doing the most. Specially experimenting with vegetarian dishes and egg-less cakes and cookies is what interests me more.

My loved ones are fond of vegetarian cuisines, so I have them in my mind whenever I dish out a new recipe.

However, I do not limit my experimental cooking to vegetarian recipes only, non-vegetarian recipe ideas are also dished out. And you can also get many healthy recipes in this blog, including different types of baking ideas with healthy ingredients. So enjoy healthy foods without compromising on taste.

Thank you for visiting my blog. Happy Cooking!
