Bananas are among the most popular fruits on earth. Bananas contain a fair amount of fiber, as well as several antioxidants.
So its a perfect drink for both kids and elders.
Recipe
Chopped mango – 1 cup
Chopped banana – 1 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Honey – 2 teaspoon
Method
Blend all the ingredients in a blender on high speed. Blend until smooth and frothy.
You can add some ice cubes too. Or use frozen fruits
Pour the mixture in a glass. Garnish with chopped or scooped mango. Serve chilled. Enjoyyyy
