It has pears full of fiber and important vitamins. Lemon and tulsi make a unique flavour combination.
The lemon helps to add some vitamin C. Green tea is loaded with antioxidants. Coriander leaves and ginger known for their powerful detoxifying effects.
Flax seed contains omega 3. Guava is rich in high profile nutrients and often labelled as super fruit. Almonds and raisins are well known for their nutritional values.
Cinnamon helps to lower blood sugar levels and reduce heart disease risk factors.

Ingredients
Pears – 2 chopped
Guava – 2 chopped and deseed
Chilled green tea – 1 cup
Cinnamon powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Raisins – 2-3 teaspoon soaked
Almonds – 15 -20 soaked peeled and chopped
Flax seed powder – 2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves – handful chopped. If you don’t like coriander use mint or pudina.
Grated ginger – 1 teaspoon
Tulsi leaves – 5-6
Juice of 1 lemon.
METHOD
Blend all the ingredients till smooth and frothy. Serve chilled.
You can add little salt or substitute any fruit with another fruit to suit your taste.
