Panko bread crumb. Panko bread crumb is usually used for coating fried foods, for binding and also casserole topping etc. Because of it’s light and crispy texture it will make our fried food more crispy and light.

Equipment

  • 1 Mixer grinder or food processor
  • 1 Pan
  • 1 Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • Bread slices

Instructions
 

  • Cut the sides of the bread slices and remove the crust.
  • Make small pieces and grind into coarse powder.
  • Spread on a baking tray. Bake at 150° for 5 minutes. Don’t make brown. It should be remain white.
  • Take out from the oven. Stir and let it cool down completely before storing.
  • Or
    Heat a pan. And lightly roast instead of baking. Just make it crisp. Don’t make brown. Let it cool down. Store in an airtight container.
