Muskmelon/Cantaloupe or kharbuj and grape smoothie. Its a protein packed smoothie but without any protein powder. You can call it vegetarian protein smoothie.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender 
  • 1 Knife 

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Muskmelon or kharbuj Peeled
  • 1/4 Cup Paneer or cottage cheese Crumbled
  • 1/2 Cup Grape
  • 1 Tbsp Mint leaves
  • 1 Tsp Honey Or to taste
  • 1/4 Cup Curd or yogurt

Instructions
 

  • In a blender jar add muskmelon/Cantaloupe or kharbuj, grapes, mint leaves, honey, curd or yogurt and crumbled paneer or cottage cheese. I have used homemade paneer or cottage but if you are using store bought paneer, grate the paneer.
  • Blend everything till smooth and frothy. You can add some ice cubes while blending. Taste and add more honey if required.
  • Pour the smoothie into your favourite glass. You can add ice cubes in the glass. Serve chilled. Stay healthy and blessed!

Notes

1. You can garnish the smoothie with any dry fruits.
2. Almond can be used while blending to make this smoothie more nutritious.
3. Any other fruit can be used instead of grapes.
4. You can use sugar or any sweetener of your choice instead of honey.
