And you don’t need much ingredients to make this fish. You need only –

Basa fish – I have used basa fish. Any boneless fish can be used to make this. You can also use large size pieces instead of full fish.

Garlic – Garlic will add flavour to the fish. And Garlic has numerous health benefits.

Black pepper – I have used freshly crushed black pepper. It will give a spiciness and mild heat to your dish. Freshly crushed black pepper taste best. But you can also use black pepper powder if you want.

Lemon juice – Lemon juice used for flavour and slight tanginess. Freshly squeezed lemon juice will give a refreshing flavour and taste.

Olive oil – Used Olive oil with butter to fry the fish. You can use any white oil. Or you can skip oil and use only butter. Olive oil is considered one of the best oil with many health benefits.

Butter – Hint of butter always make your food delicious. But you can skip butter and make the fish with only oil if you want.

I have used full boneless fish but you can cut the fish filet into half or 3-4 pieces. You can also reduce or increase the amount of black pepper and lemon juice according to your taste. If you want your fish and vegetables more spicy add more black pepper. Recipe is very simple. You have to fry the fish filet only with salt lemon and pepper. Vegan people can skip butter and use only olive oil. And you can also use any white oil if you don’t have olive oil.

Recipe Developer Behind The Blog

Hello there!

I am Sujata Roy. A homemaker, a blogger, a passionate cook, a recipe developer, a home baker, and lastly a foodie.

Experimenting in the kitchen is what I love and enjoy doing the most. Specially experimenting with vegetarian dishes and egg-less cakes and cookies is what interests me more.

My loved ones are fond of vegetarian cuisines, so I have them in my mind whenever I dish out a new recipe.

However, I do not limit my experimental cooking to vegetarian recipes only, non-vegetarian recipe ideas are also dished out. And you can also get many healthy recipes in this blog, including different types of baking ideas with healthy ingredients. So enjoy healthy foods without compromising on taste.

Thank you for visiting my blog. Happy Cooking!
