Mango Coconut And Flax Seed Smoothie



Smoothie is a thick beverage made from blended raw fruits or vegetables with water ice, dairy product or sweeteners.

Start your day with this refreshing chilled yummy and healthy mango coconut smoothie with flax seed.

Dry roasted ground flax seed is packed with vitamins, minerals and omega 3.




1 cup chopped mango

1 cup curd

1/2 cup grated fresh coconut

1 tbsp honey or as per your taste

A pinch of cardamom powder.

2 tea spoon dry roasted ground flax seed.

Blend until smooth and frothy.

Pour in a glass and garnish with grated coconut. Serve chilled.

Enjoy the chilled yummy smoothie in this hot weather.
